[cisco-voip] Can't use Telstralink conferencing service - DTMF tone duration?

We have an issue like this also. So far what we know is that the far
side doesn't show the call as being connected.
All the Q931 setup / ack /etc happened except the connect. Since there
is no Connect.... there is no DTMF.

Hrmm - where would this be, on the voice port or the dial-peer? Right
now I don't have it anywhere.
