[cisco-voip] Unity 4.2 MWI problems

I am having problems with users getting MWI light a significant amount
of time after a voice mail has been left.  I have heard of up to 4
hours.  I run MWI synchronization every night.
 
Any ideas?  I have 96 VM ports, and at most I have seen 15 ports in use
simultaneously.
