[cisco-voip] Cisco IP Phone 7912G - problem

Hi,

Very strange situation, I have Cisco IP Phone 7912G - plug power and .. nothing happened.
I see just 2 LED light and on screen nothing, no buttons are active.
I suppose that phone cant load even Boot app. So exist any methods wich allow "hard" factory restore? 

I'am not so sure, I just receive such pretty phone, but that happened when someone try to
upload to that phone SIP firmware.
