[cisco-voip] CallManager 5 upgrade failed...

There is no mention of this on Cisco's web site that I could find.

It is also insane.

Imagine, you are doing an off-box upgrade (as I am), and you want to make
sure the upgrade goes well before you retire your existing system, with this
requirement, you would have to take your existing publisher off the network
(or install ccm5 off the network).

I can't believe Cisco would have such a requirement.
