Modifications done on a Route List will overwrite anything done at
the Route Pattern, they are not cumulative.

For some reason, I can't get a call to work when I drop the 9 on the
route pattern and add it back in on the route list. I have a centrex
line that requires a 9 to dial out. When I leave the 9 on the route
pattern it works fine. Any ideas? I get the same error message when I
plug a phone into the line and dial the number without the 9. I'm
using an FXO port on a 3640.
