[cisco-voip] TFTP trasnfer restarts! when upgrading to CME4.0.3

Hi,
i am trying to upgrade an 2811 to IOS 
c2800nm-spservicesk9-mz.124-4.XC4.bin in order to have
CME 4.0.3.
I use pumpkin as a tftp server.
I had this problem once mpre in the past:
after i give copy tftp flash and the transfer starts, when it reaches 
the end of the file it starts over again.
At some point, the flash does not have any more space and so it aborts!!
Any ideas?
