[cisco-voip] Unity 4.2 FailoverConfig.exe

We're having this exact same problem with 4.0. Tried a number of things like
you said LMHOSTS, making sure DNS was working etc to no avail. going to
start up on it again after the new year when everyone involved is back from
vacation. If we figure anyway around it i'll post to the list.
