Scott,
You hit the nail on the head. As long at the server meets all other
requirements they can pull the extra CPU & the install should complete.

It is entirely possible.
They originally bought this thing two years ago and threw the other
processor in when they upgraded to 4.1 (I think it was one of their
admin power nerds thinking more cpu=better).
Let me try yanking the second CPU and power module and see what
happens... I am going back there Weds....

I have a customer, they have an DL380 G3, that he wants to
upgrade to CCM5... (he currently is running 4.1(3))
The box has 2GB of RAM, dual 2.4Ghz Xeons and two 72GB U320 Hard
drives...
Keep getting an error after the media check that there are not
enough hard drives... (2 of 4 found)
Using a CCM5.0(4) DVD...
Is this hardware configuration supported?
