As we do not have a unified messaging version of Unity, how can I get a
copy of the wav file message from the unity server.

Hello,
I'd recommend a UNITY mailbox to record the prompts then upload them
from the Exchange/Unity server to the ICD server. This will alot
clearer.
Thanks.

HI,
You can record your own prompt with a mic, but remember to change your
wav file from PCM to u-law g711, you probably need an audio converter if
you don't have one already.
Regards

I believe there is a script you can set up that will let you record up
to 10 prompts on the IPCC system directly. We used one in training to
record some prompts, but i'm a little fuzzy on where it came from. So
you'd probably just set up a trigger/application etc to use for it while
you need it and point it at that script. I'm working on getting a test
system setup now for our own use, if I can locate it i'll pass it along.
Might be one of the built in ones.

I am new to IPCC Express and I now have it set up in our lab, using the
basic icd.aef script, what I would like to do though is record my own
play prompt and amend the script to play this. I cannot see how to
record my own prompt though, how is this done do I record it through a
handset or do I need a microphone or similar.
