If you are upgrading to Unity 4.1(1) then version 8.0(2) will be installed automatically.

The bug I am running into is:
CSCsb27128 - Cisco Unity disconnects blind transfers to devices forwarded
to voice mail
It is listed as a resolved caveat in the 8.0(2) Release Notes but I am not
sure what the difference is between 8.0.2 and 8.0.2ENU and if its resolved
in 8.1.1 (it doesn't appear the TSP updates are cumulative because
8.0.2ENU is larger than 8.1.1.)
