So far i have a configuration where i have a gatekeeper, ISN (CVP), an ICM and an Avaya ACD Definity G3...

i have been able to get them all up running finally ... well actually with a little expert help and i was able to have the the icm to route a call on the Avaya VDN .. which then the avaya sends to an agent...what happens here is the isn plays some voice application to the user then whne the use needs to speek to an agent the ISN asks the ICM what to do.. the ICM ... tells to route it to the Avaya via the Gatekeeper...the avaya then sees a call and routes it to an agent .. 

now i want to have an agent log in into CTI on the ICM with the Avaya Extension and to be able actually use Geotel  CTI Desktop or CTI OS Client to to the avaya 


IMPORTANT TO NOTE: that i am working right now in a lab enviroment where i am working without CMS .. therefore its a CMS-less deployment
