[cisco-voip] fxs faxs are geting cutoff

Do you have a separate telco trunk for dedicated long distance?  If so,
check your codec to make sure it is 711.

We have a vg224 gateway with fax line configure on it.  We are seeing
that our faxs are droping when we fax long distance.  The connections
happens but do not complete.  Im not sure how to trouble shoot this
because local faxes work fine.
