[cisco-voip] 7961 are all dyIng

What version of CCM are you running?
What phone load are you using?
What does your basic network look like that this is happening in? L2 STP Rapid STTP or L3 to the edge?
 
Every system has some bug or the other but I have worked with CCM since 2.0 and I can tell you that 4.1(x) is way better for which I have not had many problems at all with.
Just remember there are a lot of moving parts in CCM that all have to place nicely together and some of the under lying services are all not written by the same team, that I am aware of.
