Also, if you are using a 650x chassis that has dual power supplies, you try
temporarily switch the power supplys from redundant to coopaerative mode.
This will effectively double your wattage available to the backplane.

It is likely that this could be a power draw issue.
The standard 7960 pulls about 6.3 watts.
The 7961's pull 12.95 watts, which is double the 7960.
If your switches don't have the appropriate amount of power, things like
this can happen if all the phones re 7961's. Try unplugging a few and see
if the rest come back online. You can also do a "show power" command on
most switches to see what's being drawn, what's left etc.

We deployed all 7961 and 7941 and ever week They die they go down and do not
power Back up And now some of These phones lights Just flashes
