HI Scott,
If I understand your question correctly, you should be able to do that 
with one pattern. Have that pattern be 481X and have the called number 
transformation mask be 431X. For that matter, you could do 481.X. Do a 
pre dot strip and prefix 431. Either one should work ...assuming that I 
understood your question correctly ;-)...

Quick question-

 

Can you setup a translation pattern of 481x to translate to 431x and
have it match 1 to 1 and 2 to 2 and 3 to 3, etc or do you have to setup
a translation for each number?
