Mirage Systems includes a web dialer in there CTI Data Connector, in
fact you can just select any number on the screen form any app and then
dial it by pressing a key sequence.

I set up the Digital dynamics in our lab but it was not quite what we
wanted as we want an application that can pop Outlook Contacts as well
as dialling from them, although the dialling does work well and it also
incorporates corporate directory.

At CIPTUG 2005, I found two (Aptigen and Digital Dynamics) 3rd party
companies that offer Outlook dialer applications.  Are there any other
companies that you know of that offer Outlook dialer applications?

Also, management is looking for a web dialer for our company intranet
directory.  I can't seem to find a 3rd party company that has a web
dialer application other than Cisco's Web Dialer.  Any suggestions?
