I can't help you with the Outlook Dialer - but you can do this without a
third party, although I heard its difficult...
 
We are using WebDialer on our internet for click dialing. It works out
great. Users do need to enter their AD username and password at the
first use of the day, but after that it works great.
 
Here is WebDialer API doc, it uses javascript I believe... ) and a
screenshot.

I was able to get it working very easily and I'm certainly not a web
guy... Let me know if you need help.
 
 
 
Citrix also has their 'click dialer' if the built in one doesn't work
for you.

At CIPTUG 2005, I found two (Aptigen and Digital Dynamics) 3rd party
companies that offer Outlook dialer applications.  Are there any other
companies that you know of that offer Outlook dialer applications?

Also, management is looking for a web dialer for our company intranet
directory.  I can't seem to find a 3rd party company that has a web
dialer application other than Cisco's Web Dialer.  Any suggestions?
