[cisco-voip] unity will not pick up

Where does your Unity reside compared to CCM? Is it on another subnet, another site,etc..
 
What version of CCM?
What version of Unity?
What version of Unity TSP?
How many ports are configured?
How many users do you have inside your environment?
Are all ports used to answer calls or are some used for MWI only and how many?

Have anybody seen an issue where the unity server have a delay on ansering.

When we call unity from cm there is sometimes a 2 to 4 ring delay. Now is most (all ) other unity install, when you hit the VM button I will pick up instantly.
