[cisco-voip] *67 route pattern with calling line set to restricted

This is Q931 translator of call made... 1234 shows up
on phone as calling party number instead of nothing or
private, etc. 1234 is phones extension and RP does not
have external party mask checked and is set to
restricted. 

SETUP  pd = 8  callref = 0x1EB6
Bearer Capability i = 0x8090A2
Channel ID i = 0xA98393
Calling Party Number i = '!', 0x81, '1234'
Called Party Number i = 0x80, '1235556666'
