[cisco-voip] 7960 pc switch slowdown

We are experiencing an issue where one of our 7960 phones causes a
serious network slowdown for the PC that is daisy chained onto it. When
I say slow, I mean 50kb/s speeds. We have replaced the phone, and of
course we can use it in a location where a PC does not need to be
plugged in. But has anyone seen this before? Any fixes?
