[cisco-voip] CallManager Tone Configuration

I don't know that you can configure the ring tone on a phone from CM.

 

I could see that two different CM's could have different ring tones.  

 

To fix it you would have to go to the phone and set it.

 

I have some extra tones on one CM and if it fails to the other one, they
get the default ring tone.

Dear All,

 

I was wondering if the tone heard from IP Phone can be configured in
CallManager?

'Cuz one of my customer complained that the IP Phones they are using
which are registered to different CallManagers present different tone
when off-hook. I read the CCM admin guide but didn't find anything about
this, only the locale might affect the tone. Does anyone have idea how
to fix it? Any comment would be grateful. Thanks a lot~
