With 4.x you can change it per line. Before it was global.

     "no answer ring duration" on the line level of the number  being called. Default is 10 seconds.

 when I have a call and I recieved anothe the CCM ring twice for the guy  that called me and then give him busy or massage So
 How can I increase the no. of rings when I recieved another call on  the waiting?
