The method you use is currently the only way to do it.

Hi Philip,
I'm using UM. I delete current unity account, creat new exchange account for
voice message only
and import into Unity (creat new unity account). It works.
I'm just wondering are any other ways to do this. Thanks!
Andrew

Are you running in a voicemail only mode, or Unified Messaging mode?
If running Unified (which is what it sounds like), the only thing you can do
is create an alternate exchange/ad user for the voicemail box (i.e.
VMJoeSmith).

Hi guys,
I'm configuring Unity server(4.0) and would like to know how to stop unity
sending voice mesages to email(exchange sever).
I just want to get voice messages from IP Phone.
Do you have any idea?
Thanks!
Andrew
