[cisco-voip] Callers Hear Beeps When Being Transferred

Do you have network hold audio source set to a MoH
source? Do the phones have a MRGL with access to a MOH
server? If not then they are probably getting tone on
hold (beeps) when put on hold or when a network-hold
event occurs (transfer, etc).
