[cisco-voip] Event Log Error Message

sounds like your IP Voice Media Streaming service is set to started  
in the windows service control manager but the service is not  
'activated' under /ccmservice so it is missing an entry from the CCM  
database.

try to activate (or deactivate/activate) the service in http://server/ 
ccmservice under service service activation

Cisco's website just repeats the error, with no details.

Any ideas?
