[cisco-voip] hunt line problem

Hi guys,
I'm using hunt line in CCM4.1. Hunt line number is Unity pilot number.
When incoming calls from PSTN send to Hunt line number, call forward to
Unity auto attendant. When I make a call from PSTN I should get Unity attendant
voice prompt. But some time I just got ring tone and nobody answer the phone.
Do you guys have any idea why call just got ring tone instead of reach auto
attendant. This problem bother quite long time.
