[cisco-voip] is ther a way reinstall the tomcat service

We are unable to get the ctcd service and the tomcat service started on our
cm pub.  we tried all sorts of thing (we meaning tac and me )  not else
worked..  is the a way for me to reinstall the tomcat service so that it
will still work with cisco cm.  I read doc on how to reinstall it but not
for CM servers
