The problem was with most IOSes more then ~20mb in size. Basically Cat
6509 IOSes.

Strange. Because I use Solarwwinds more than 2 years, and could't find
any problem. What IOS ?

I have had some issues with Solarwinds and larger IOSes. The tftpd32
has worked very well for us.

I use both "tftpd32" and unix based tftp. Haven't really found a need
for
anything fancier.

I've been using TFTP32.exe by "Ph. Jounin" for years, but McAfee Virus
Scan
just decided it's a "Generic PUP.a (Potentially Unwanted Program)" and
deleted it without asking for my opinion. I've downloaded the latest
version and re-installed it, and so far Virus Scan hasn't complained
again,
but I'd be interested in what others are currently using.
