The 1.0.6.4 plugin is for Wintel users only; does anyone that use something
other than wintel have a solution?

Quick addendum.  I just checked and IE Tab 1.0.7 and 1.0.8 do not work with
CCM 4.1(3).  However, IE Tab 1.0.6.4 does.  I'm not sure what they changed
in there, but 1.0.6.4 works fine.  You can get it here:
