globally set:

set qos enable

Besides this, you can only set qos mappings and set cos values to
transmit queues and drop threshholds.

I have a customer with a 4006, running CatOS, I tried adding the
command:

set port qos 4/1-48 trust-device ciscoipphone

But it doesn't recognize the qos...

What am I missing? The command worked fine (as expected) on the
6500s... and we are seeing no dscp/tos/cos markings for voice traffic
from these devices.
