[cisco-voip] IPCC desktop administartor 6.1

I'm running IPCCx 4.0.1sr1build 55.  on the destop admin ver 6.1 under
team agent, the arrows are grayed out as well as the apply button.  Any
idea if this is a bug or something easy to fix?
