[cisco-voip] Unity Question

Are you typing in the url manually? or are you using a Favorites to get to it? I would bet the latter?

Greetings,

I am trying to log on to unity from my local machine and am getting this error message:

Missing live session flag.
For some reason, /web/global.asa did not fire.
Check that this file is present.
This problem could also be related to DNS issues.
Cannot continue.

I have cleared all my temp files and cookies and still get nothing.  I have seen this issue come across the board before but can not remember how to resolve it.
