[cisco-voip] DBL Trace errors

that's not good. the .bin file contains the file name of the next trace
file to be written. Either some other application has a lock on your
file (virus scanner?) or the file permissions are incorrect or the file
is corrupt.
i've recovered this before by deleting the file and restarting the DBL
component under start->program files->admin tools->component services
expand until you find DBL then right click and shutdown. It restarts on
its own.
