Better to start at 12.4(3b) for a new deployment. everything else is
considered obselete.

Upgrade the CMM. To the latest xy code. Something like 12.3.8xy6 or
later. It's been very stable for us.
Sounds like TAC developers would like me to move to 12.4 but it's hard
to upgrade when it's working.

PS. Anything else you need? Did you really buy two ACT cards, or are
you referring to the two DSP on the single ACT card?

We just bought a Cisco Media Module and wanted to know if anyone on the
list has done this before...and what the "gotchas" are. The CMM has two
of the ACT dsp cards that we plan on using for Meet-Me conferences. The
6509 switch is running CatOS 8.4 and the CMM blade is running IOS
12.3.8.
