Yes, you will need H323 pots dial peer(s) for inbound and outbound
calls to work when in SRST. Depending on how you have the GW
configured (ccm-manager commands) CallManager can configure the MGCP
dial-peers but it won't configure the dial-peers needed when in SRST.
When the router is in SRST MGCP is not used anymore and H323 takes

You can use the same dial peers for both MGCP and H323 as in the
example or you can create new dial peers just for H323 when in SRST.
