We are getting the issue with no resets or anything. Are you saying
that is the cause of the issue?

I'm having the same issue. Ressetting the gateway from the call manager
cause that issue (you can try it and see for yourself) I'm hitting the
bug each time I do that or if a reset the device pool containing the
gateway.
You can fix this issue buy doing "no mgcp" then "mgcp" instead of
rebooting the router. But the problem shows up again if you do a reset.

There is a known bug out there with FXO cards that seems to be affecting
us (Waiting for another occurrence to verify with debugs for TAC). The
FXO cards on 2800/3800 serires routers can get hung up. Inbound and
outbound calls stop functioning and the only workaround at this time is
a reboot. I have about 5 locations with a 2800 series router and FXO
cards. I only see this problem in one location that happens to have the
heaviest call volume. Just curious if anyone else has encountered this
issue....
