[cisco-voip] Pinnacle #0 PB parity error

I have seen this before.  Either the line card wasn't fully inserted or the chassis was dieing.  Can't remember which, kind of a big difference eh!?

I am no cat6k expert.  I would recommend opening a TAC case to determine if this module has a hardware issue and to get it replaced it if does.
