[cisco-voip] CallForwarding stopped working

Sorry, I was looking for this for you and couldn't find it quick enough. 
We had this problem quite often with 3.3(3), but it calmed down a bit 
with 3.3(4). Our monthly restarts have also curtailed it's appearance. 
It's interesting how it says first found in 4.1(2). I think the bug for 
3.3(4) centres around aupair.exe or something like that.
