[cisco-voip] need for incoming fxo to fwd to IP phone

On the gateway, while you get dial tone do ..

show voice call stat 
 or 
show call act voice brief

and what is the dial-peer id being used?

Can you post the matching dial-peer from the router
config? 

or just post your dial-peer portion of the config for
now.
