We do, but I've not had much to do with the SMS side so not sure I could

We've had one these gateways for a while. Do you use the sms side of 
it at all? I've had various issues with messages being delayed if 
several are sent to the gateway simultaneously and Quescom never 
really seem in any hurry to get back to us.
