[cisco-voip] New Compatibility Matrix and CCM 5.0(1)

Well, I am looking at something different... and it should work with Unity
4.0(5) and 4.1(1) with TSP 8.1.1

While the compatibility matrix disagrees with this, it does specify the
correct TSP, and CCM to Unity (and vice versa) shouldn't care... if the TSP
matches, then Unity will just push stuff thataway, and so will CCM.
