SV: VB: [cisco-voip] Changes not being activated

Goodmorning everyone,

The problem I were describing before is now solved.
I were comparing the versions of the modules that are installed on the different CCMs. And I found a version mismatch on the DBL.dll file.

So I installed the latest CCM patch on both of the CM and now it works like never before.

Thank you for your time.

Best Regards

What version of CM are you running?

There are a few ways change notification can break in CM 4.x. The
first thing to try would be to restart the Cisco Database Layer
Monitor service on the publisher and then try to update a phone via
the CCMAdmin. If you can even reset a phone via CCMAdmin then change
notification is working.

Hi once again,

Just a little update on the case, no changes is getting understood by
the CCM. The changes is visible on the ccmadmin, and I can add
phones, change things on DN, but the changes does not get active.

Regards once again

Hi,

I cant manage this one by my self, don´t realy know what could be
wrong. And I think that one of you has the answer (as always) J.

I have a DN that a customer often uses CFA on, he often sets CFA to
his cellphone, everything worked well, he could add a CFA number and
disable it. But now the change does not take any effect, he can
disable it, everything looks fine in the phone. But the CFA doesn't
get disabled. Now I have checked the Enterprise Manager and looked
for a CFA on his DN, but could not find anything. I tested to remove
his DN, and just see if the CFA or the change did get power, but no.
The DN is there, and forwards to his cellphone.

I have tried to restart the DBL monitor, but it didn't help.

Anyone who has an idea of what could cause this one?

Best Regards
