[cisco-voip] Setting TX power on 7920 with 4.0-02-01

I think I used to be able to set the TX power on my 7920 by using the magic menu-*-#-#-start key sequence. With the new 4.0-02-01 firmware it now just seems to show have a "Current TXPower" with no way to change it.

Was this feature removed, further hidden, or did I just have a brain fade?

I am not currently using a CIsco AP, although it's on my shopping list.
