[cisco-voip] question about lic

The way I understand it is that 3.5 will upgrade to 4.0 but I don't
believe the other way around.  Contact licensing at cisco.com to make sure.

We working on a crs project  and we have lic for 4.0 ipcc .  this
question is can I install 3.5.3 and use the same lic or do I have to
have lic for 3.5.3
