[cisco-voip] CVTA and MGCP

I had an issue at one of our remote sites when using CVTA, if the
software was running I was unable to make calls but if you closed the
software calls went through fine, to resolve this I had to add
'Bearer-cap Speech' to the voice-port config such as

voice-port 1/0:15

 cptone GB

 bearer-cap Speech

I don't know of any specific issues with 4.1(2) and MGCP GWs. I would
start by looking at "debug isdn q931" on the GW or looking at the CCM
traces to see if the call is being rejected by the PSTN. Compare this
with a good call. Most of the problems with CVTA and GWs are due to the
Bearer Capability presented to the PSTN.

Did anyone experience issues with CM 4.1(2) and MGCP?

As soon as I enable the IP Phone for video, i can not make any
calls over my MGCP gateways......

	Anyone had the same issues?
