I use "net time \\10.102.26.254 /set /y" command, without SNTP keyword. I use IP address instead of computer name here.
Would this work? Thanks

Are you trying to use the command NET TIME SETSNTP?

The "System error 53 as occured..The network path was not found" is a
Microsoft message. Usually this is a name resolution issue. Make sure
you can ping by name. Make sure there are no firewalls blocking the
NTP traffic.
