Using only "net time" tells the server to sync using Microsoft's time
service, not SNTP.  MS's time service <> SNTP.

You need to use the setsntp or point the server at a MS server.

I use "net time \\10.102.26.254 /set /y" command, without SNTP keyword. I
use IP address instead of computer name here.

Are you trying to use the command NET TIME SETSNTP?

The "System error 53 as occured..The network path was not found" is a
Microsoft message.  Usually this is a name resolution issue.  Make sure
you can ping by name.  Make sure there are no firewalls blocking the
NTP traffic.
