is there a firewall or nat device between this phone and CM? we're
seeing increasingly more issues where SCCP callinfo messages are
becoming larger that negotiated MSS causing segmenting which most
firewalls do not like.

Hi,

I posted this earlier with a screenshot of phone, but
it was over 80k so is awaiting moderation approval.

Anyway, Have a weird issue where a 7960 phone on
4.0(2a)SR2a when receiving the third call on primary
DN (other 2 calls are on hold), the 3rd line rings
through and they can answer fine with handset.

But on the LCD display it is not displaying the call
information box, just the from #### in bottom line of
display. The softkeys also don't get updated to have
answer softkey, etc and say resume, etc for one of the
other lines on hold.

The firmware is 7.0(2), and we updated to 7.2(4) with
same problem. The phone also had a 7914 sidecar but we
have removed that from the config and unplugged it
from phone also and reset the phone, and same behavior
on phone when retrieving a third call.

I have set up the phone on my ccm with same config,
and can't get it to behave like that. Only difference
is CCM verson is 4.1(3) on my lab setup right now.

What is also goofy is the phones usually also have a
call-duration counter to left of the hold/ring in/etc
icon. I am not seeing that on the customers phone on
any call, even with 1 call up.
