I would make sure you have the correct exchange permissions setup for
the various Unity AD accounts. It sounds to me like mayve one of those
accounts like unitymsgstoresvc or unitydirsvc doesnt have the right
permissions. The permissions wizard doesnt set those up, you have to
configure them manually and they have to be the correct level of
access - setting them up as domain admins doesnt work.

I hope this is not to vague of a question,
I currently have a lab set up with dc, ccm, unity, and exchange. I can
import accounts into unity from exchange, I can call ext to ext and I
can leave a voicemail. I can not retrieve the voicemail and I do not
see it getting to exchange. I need help understanding how unity
interacts with exchange on this part. I believe all accounts are set
properly in unity and exchange. PW was run with success.
