As Philip already mentioned, watch out for devices that don't mark as
expected as well as for devices that mess up existent marking. In the
latter category there are, for instance, 3550 switches (offen used to
power and connect the phones) with "mls qos" enabled but otherwise
unconfigured. They default to work with CoS (tag user_priority) only,
which means they actually zero your TOS field.
